How do I skip or pause my subscription?
To skip or pause your next subscription order, please click on the profile icon in the top right of the screen, login, and then click "Manage My Subscriptions", then click the "Manage" button.
How do I edit my subscription?
To edit your subscription, you must first cancel it and then re-order it with the correct details. Click on the profile icon in the top right of the screen, login, and then click "Manage My Subscriptions", then click the "Details" button. You'll see a cancel option on the top right hand part of the screen.
How freshly is the coffee roasted?
All coffee is roasted fresh and shipped within 1 - 2 days. Our coffee is best enjoyed between 3 days to 3 weeks after it has been roasted, and we will make sure you've got plenty of time to drink it!
What if I don't like the coffee?
Please send Blake an email (blake@resonancecoffeelab.com) describing what you don't like about the coffee, and we'll ship you a new bag that we think you'll enjoy better.
